EAST SIDE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD

In order to construct any exterior architectural feature or reconstruct, alter, or
demolish any exterior structure or feature in BID No. 20, a Certificate of Appropriateness
must be applied for and granted by the East Side Architectural Review Board. A Certificate is required before the proposed work may  be started and before a building permit can be issued by the Department of City Development. Certificate of Appropriateness application forms are available from the Board staff.
