2008 Summer Soulstice Music Festival Announces Music
Lineup
National and Local bands set to perform
MILWAUKEE – The East Side Association is excited to announce the music lineup for the 8th Annual Summer Soulstice Music Festival, which will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2008 between noon and midnight on E. North Avenue on Milwaukee’s East Side.
East Stage
- Jayk – 5:00 p.m.
- Northern Room – 7:00 p.m.
- Quietdrive – 9:00 p.m.
West Stage
- Revolush – 5:00 p.m.
- The Salt Shakers – 7:00 p.m.
- Local H – 9:00 p.m.
Murray Avenue Stage
- The Urbanites – 3:00 p.m.
- De La Buena – 5:00 p.m.
- Element 13 – 7:00 p.m.
- The Love Monkeys – 9:00 p.m.
The Summer Soulstice Music Festival, Milwaukee’s only premier solstice celebration, is a free all-day event open to all ages, featuring live music from national and local artists performing on three stages. Festivities kick off at noon with exciting, family-friendly activities including performances by Division BMX Stunt Team, “Rage-in-the-Cage” Dodgeball Tournament, Qdoba Burrito Eating Contest, and much more!
The Summer Sousltice Music Festival will take place on E. North Avenue between N. Oakland and N. Prospect Avenues, and on N. Murray Avenue. Streets will be blocked off starting at noon.
