The Black Cat Alley

The East Side BID is proud to announce the Black Cat Alley a major new street art destination on the East Side.

View world-class street art murals by international, national and local street artists creating large-scale murals in and around the alley located in the private alley behind the Oriental Theatre and Colectivo between Farwell and Prospect Avenues. View a map of the location here

A large-scale installation by European street art muralist MTO has been completed on the south facing facade of the Oriental Theatre titled A French man in Milwaukee and is the first full-color and self-portrait of the artist.

The first wave of major mural installations by five national and local artists is set to take place on September 10th, 2016 during the East Side BID's Tomato Romp and second wave of major installations during the Black Cat Alley Mural Festival on September 17th and 18th.
