We are excited to announce our design/build involvement with the highly anticipated Hacienda Beer Co. Taproom on Milwaukee’s East side at 2018 E. North Avenue. The private soft opening is scheduled for May 30th with a public grand opening Saturday June 1 at 11 am. .

The new taproom is located within the former G-Daddy’s BBC (an iconic Milwaukee college bar) on the corner of North Ave. and Farwell. Our design team went to great lengths to ensure the design concept properly communicates the clients’ brand and speaks intimately to the Hacienda Beer Co. story. It had to reflect a blend of casual, whimsical, yet hardworking, sophisticated, and timeless qualities. The space required a complete overhaul that began with a completely raw and gutted interior. Barthenheier Construction Co. assisted 360 Degrees with the buildout, including managing the trades and constructing a brand new restaurant kitchen. We truly had a clean slate from which to begin the spatial planning. Those who remember the interior of the BBC will find the bar to be located in a familiar location, but the similarities end there. Be prepared to be amazed by the transformation.

The charm of the eclectic brand aesthetic of Door County Brewing and Hacienda Beer Co. are evident throughout the taproom, apparent in the color selections, custom upholstery, detailed millwork, wood finishes, decorative lighting, unique wallcoverings, and vibrant furniture. Entering guests are welcomed with a fresh new bar design and an open interior layout. Patrons will discover a wide range of seating options as they gather at the long wrapping bar, custom serpentine banquettes, community tables, intimate booths, or an elevated seating area. The elevated seating area serves double duty as it transforms to a stage that hosts live performances, complete with a rockin’ sound system. Hacienda Beer Co. Taproom is a place where people will find themselves lingering in a world away from the hustle and bustle of the world outside. The Taproom offers a full menu, espresso bar, and carry-out can beers in addition to the 12 taps of Hacienda’s very own delicious rotating creations.
