More empanadas, a doughnut pop-up and outdoor dining innovations: Quick Bites
The Peruvian fare purveyor opened a vendor stand called Triciclo Peru Express. Their restaurant opened about a year ago on West Vliet Street. Triciclo Peru began as a mobile food trailer.
The Express space opened Dec. 1. Narr and Diaz Herrera took over the stall that previously housed Juana Taco.
Their menu at Crossroads includes empanadas – both hot and frozen for take-and-bake – salads, ceviche and desserts.
