Chef/Owner of Morel restaurant, Jon Manyo spent many years of his life living and working on the west coast. He gained a love and appreciation for the daily fresh caught seafood available to him. Unlike Morel, Raw Bar offers fresh seafood, ranging from hand shucked oysters, king crab legs, crab cakes and fresh daily ceviche to name a few. With the help of his business partners, Brother David Manyo and his General Manager of Morel Joe Elmergreen, Jon hopes to bring the style and taste of the west coast to the upper east side of Milwaukee.
