I can’t wait to unveil our new East Side BID website

The website we are currently using was created by Rockstar over ten years ago. When it was created, it was a leading-edge site, but as we all know, technology gets old pretty fast. It was clearly time for an upgrade. I’m so fortunate to work with Rockstar. The websites that they create are amazing!

Greetings for the Executive Director

I didn’t realize how much goes into creating a top-notch website until I started working with Rockstar Design

I’ve been working closely this year with the folks from Rockstar Design – Scott Blum and Chris Bach – on the new website. I am excited to tell everyone that we are planning to go live with the site in early June. The website we are currently using was created by Rockstar over ten years ago. When it was created, it was a leading-edge site, but as we all know, technology gets old pretty fast. It was clearly time for an upgrade. I’m so fortunate to work with Rockstar. The websites that they create are amazing!  

Scott and I are currently working through the mapping of the site – the menus and submenus. How are we going to organize the site. What new categories of information are needed. What things from the old site are no longer necessary. Choosing the photos and video to use on the site. We engaged a professional photographer to take updated pictures of all the businesses in the BID as well as video and drone footage of the East Side and some of the Landmarks nearby, such as the Water Tower.

It Takes a Team to Put on the Summer Soulstice Musical Festival

June 15th is only 4 weeks away… It’s hard to believe. My team and I have been preparing for this event since February. Putting on an event like this takes an unbelievable amount of time and energy. I’m fortunate to have a team of people helping me out.
