The food hall concept means there are multiple restaurants under one roof but leaders of Crossroads Collective say it’s not like a public market or food court.
Right now, there are six locally owned vendors that make all of their items from scratch. There's room for two more vendors to open.
The vendors range from ice cream to tacos and barbecue. Leaders hope the food hall becomes an anchor in the area and a place for everyone to enjoy.
“I think we’ve lost as a society some of our gathering places,” New Land Enterprises director Tim Gokhman said. “I think that for people to come out and spend time somewhere the space needs to special and that’s the goal here.”
Crossroads Collective is located on the corner of Farwell and North. It's open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
