Gallery Food Hall

The Gallery will operate as a digital food hall, where different brands will operate under the same kitchen for takeout orders. The restaurants will include Secret Hot Chicken, Moon Burger and Gym Bae. Shkoukani owns all three brands but is looking forward to including more restaurants in the future. He hopes to give up-and-coming entrepreneurs in Milwaukee a chance at showcasing their restaurants.
