CollectiveFlow creates space to deepen wellness for every body. Our goal is to help you define and find your happiness through whole body health. We do that by strengthening the body through yoga and fitness for all levels, focusing on healing with meditation and mindfulness, and enhancing the mind and spirit through creativity-sparking workshops. 5:00-6:00pm PowerFlow- Engage your breath, power up your body, and strengthen your mind. PowerFlow is made to challenge your practice by speeding up the sequence and introducing creative combinations of dynamic flows. Some yoga experience is recommended.
6:30-7:30pm YogaUp- We are proud to offer Dragonfly's Yoga Up® style class. This class combines fitness and yoga, but unlike FitFlow, focuses less on flowing to the beat. Instead, this class provides a full body workout including yoga flows, cardio training, super sets, and stretches to give you an all levels weighted yoga experience.
