CollectiveFlow creates space to deepen wellness for every body. Our goal is to help you define and find your happiness through whole body health. We do that by strengthening the body through yoga and fitness for all levels, focusing on healing with meditation and mindfulness, and enhancing the mind and spirit through creativity-sparking workshops. 5:00-6:00pm FitFlow- Elevate your heart rate with a perfect mixture of high energy music, vinyasa-flow based yoga, and bodyweight & resistance exercises. FitFlow combines the best of yoga + fitness to sculpt the muscles and increase your strength. Bonus: extra motivation comes from flowing to the beat. Some yoga experience recommended.
6:30-7:30pm RestoreFlow- This is the only time you'll hear us say this, but... disengage your muscles. RestoreFlow is a Yin Yoga inspired class which aims to disengage the muscles to focus more on connective tissue, ligaments, and joints. Ground-based poses will be held for 3 - 5 minutes to allow gravity to do its work. All levels - no experience needed.
