Elf Studio is taking over Milwaukee's Splash Studio on the east side starting Friday, Nov. 29. Operated by Milwaukee activity bar company Bars & Recreation, this newest holiday pop-up bar will offer many photo ops, Elf-themed cocktails and snacks, special events, over-the-top decorations, and more.

The new pop-up bar will be open through Sunday, Dec. 29 and will feature cocktails such as "He's an Angry Elf," "World's Best Coffee," and "Beer and a Buddy" specials. In addition, shots with buddy will be available every Friday and Saturday night at 10:30 p.m.

Within Elf Studio, Santa's Workshop will offer Elf and Christmas themed projects for kids and adults. Visitors will have the opportunity to make a Buddy the Elf wreath, canvas and wood sign projects, and even elf hats.

According to a press release, special events throughout the month will include a “Beef & Cheese After Party” during the Santa Rampage on December 7, and “Spread Christmas Cheer for All to Hear” Sing-Along Fundraiser with First Stage Children’s Theater on Saturday, December 14.

ELF STUDIO HOURS OF OPERATION:

  • Wednesdays and Thursdays: 4:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • Fridays: 4:00 p.m. - midnight
  • Saturdays: Noon - midnight
  • Sundays: Noon - 4 p.m. (with extended hours on Dec. 22 and Dec. 23)

Reservations are not available for this limited time pop-up bar, but guests can call ahead to be put on a wait-list for a project space. Children are welcome with a parent or guardian at all times, except Fridays and Saturdays after 5:00 p.m. when only ages 16 and older are welcome.
