New Public Parking Availability on East Side

The agreement for allowing the general public to access to the ramp comes via a cooperative arrangement with Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital, the East Side Business Improvement District, and Mercy Housing.
The first 65 space in the ramp will be made available for free, general public parking at the following times and days:

Monday thru Friday from 7 PM to 3 AM
Saturday and Sunday from 3 PM to 3 AM

Special parking signs mark the designated spots in the ramp. Cars that do not park in designated spaces or remain past 3 AM are subject to towing by the property owner.
The ramp is easily accessed off Prospect Ave. just north of E. North Ave. (ramp entrance marked with a red “P” on the west side of Prospect Ave.). Once parked in the ramp, members of the public may exit to their business destination via Prospect Ave. or the glass stairwell that exits onto N. Farwell Ave. Parkers will exit the ramp via Farwell Ave.
